Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. For a first time no-show and same day cancellations will be charged 50% (of original price) of the service booked to the card number with which they were held and you may be asked to place a deposit on any further appointments. For the second no-show and same day cancellations will be charged for the full amount of the service. There will be a $15 rebooking fee for all appointments cancelled with less than 24 notice given.
No Shows: All appointments are considered canceled at 15 minutes after start time, unless notified. If you no show one of your appointments and are interested in re booking, you may be asked to submit a deposit in order to save your next appointment. Your deposit will be put towards the total amount of your service. Groupon clients will not be able to use voucher, until fee e is paid .
Tardiness: We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, and their appointment will end at its originally scheduled time. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session.
New Clients: All new clients are required to book online. Appointments must be guaranteed by a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Children: Unfortunately we can not allow children being present during any services offered. Services will be canceled if children are present , and a $30 fee will be charged .
Pregnant Women: We do not recommend pregnant women receiving a Lash Lift, . All other services that are not listed above are safe for use.
Refunds: No refunds will be given for services rendered!
Prices: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All new clients will have to schedule through Schedulicity. A credit card will be required to hold the appointment. Due to increased last minute cancellations and no shows, no appointments are available without a credit card. The card will only charged if it's past the 24 hour period on no call, no- show. This includes customers with a groupon voucher.
Please note that if you bought a Groupon for lash extensions with a 2-week fill, the fill has to be booked within two weeks of your original appointment for Lashes. Fills booked after the two-week period are no longer honored.
Groupons are only accepted one time per person. This includes gift Groupons as well. If a Groupon is purchased again, it will no longer be honored. Groupon tends to not refund Groupon as it violates purchase agreements.
